Made exclusively from Geelong grown fruit, Villa Caterina is delighted to introduce its current releases.
Geelong is classed as a cool climate growing area typically producing low yields with longer maturation times.
As a mark of respect for these wonderful grapes Villa Caterina makes its wines by traditional methods, including indigenous ferments, basket pressing and extensive maturation in French and American oak barrels.
Our traditional artisan approach means that each stage of the winemaking process is done by hand, from picking each bunch of fruit through to labelling each bottle.
We believe our respect for traditional winemaking methods and the pride and care we take in honouring them is reflected in the quality of the wines we offer.
